Hi, I’m Sam, creator of Midlife Makeover—an online platform that helps women make key lifestyle changes to banish menopause symptoms and get their sparkle back.

Eleven years ago, at 49, I was a marathon-running coach who was suddenly getting slower, gaining weight, and feeling frustrated—despite doing everything "right." It wasn’t just me. My clients were struggling too. That’s when the penny dropped—I needed to understand menopause and how it was impacting us all.
