With over 30 symptoms of the peri menopause and menopause, it's not surprising that women sometimes feel like they have woken up in the Perfect Storm. 

It can be lonely and embarrassing to suddenly have to cope with your brain and body not doing what you are used to it doing.

And all this happens while we are still trying to function our best at work, keep the family fed and warm and probably support others.

Whilst some women are lucky enough to get support from friends or their employers, many struggle along picking up snippets of information from various sources.

We are exhausted!
